The CVV2 is the 3 digit number on reverse of the credit card. It is an added security option, and you can configure your Netbilling account to verify and only allow valid CVV2 transactions.
Perform AUTH ONLY transactions
This means that the payment processor will only authorize the transaction, and not actually transfer the money to your account. You can use it to verify that the customer can make the payment and then fully charge the card later.
Display Netbilling payment form even if no input is required?
If you say NO then the Netbilling form will only be displayed if there are problems with the transaction.

Secure Submittal Message:
This will be displayed at the point where the customer is asked for payment details details.
